Description
After seeing the dire state of the actual HQ in New York City back in 2004, I wanted to perhaps see what one of the most (apparently) important organisations in the world, had if they had the funding (google it, shocking) to actually upgrade the HQ which has been around since the 40's.
I came up with this variant in 2005. Based upon the general shape and design of the real one but this obvious additions.
Modelled in 3Dsmax over several months.
